Welcome to The Strand

Thank you for joining us. We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for every guest. To help us maintain that environment, we ask for your understanding and cooperation with the following policies:

Bag Checks & Check-In
For the safety and comfort of all patrons, we reserve the right to inspect all bags & check them upon entry. No outside food or beverages will be permitted in the auditoriums. Bags that are needed for medical purposes, including meds transport, oxygen, and diaper/baby bags will be permitted inside the auditoriums. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us ensure a secure environment.

Film Ratings & Identification
We respect and adhere to the MPAA film rating system. For films with age restrictions, valid identification may be required for entry. Guests who do not meet the rating requirements or do not show valid id will not be admitted. In addition, for R-rated films, a parent or guardian must purchase the ticket in person for any underage admittance.

Guest Conduct
We strive to provide a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. This includes excessive noise, use of devices during screenings, or any conduct that interferes with the experience of others. We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave the premises if their behavior is deemed unacceptable and may result in removal without refund.

Guests 17 & Under
We welcome younger guests and are glad to have you at the Strand. Patrons 17 and under are expected to follow all theater policies and demonstrate respectful behavior at all times. Groups of minors may be asked to remain together and under appropriate supervision. The Strand reserves the right to limit group sizes, require adult chaperones, or deny entry to unsupervised groups at its discretion. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
